Scattered Site Housing Guarantees

At Arbors, we stand by our commitments. If we fail to meet any obligation outlined in our management agreement, let us know and we will correct it immediately. If we are unable or unwilling to resolve a breach of our agreement, you may terminate your contract with no penalty.

Arbors will not mark up any vendor invoice for routine maintenance at your property.

If a tenant does not fulfill the entire 1st term of their lease and does not pay the early termination fees, then we will pro-rate the next leasing fee according to how many months the tenant lived in the property.

We guarantee that any tenant that we place into the property will have renters insurance or a landlord liability coverage through our master policy.

Arbors will not make any money until your property is leased and the tenant pays rent! Furthermore, if we have not secured a tenant, you may terminate your agreement with us at any time.

We provide 24/7 access to tenants for emergencies.

If there is a problem with work that was performed at your property, we will work with the vendor that performed the work to make it right.

If a tenant we placed doesn’t pay rent, you don’t pay us until we collect it!
