If you refer a client to us, please do not worry, when they are ready to sell or buy we will turn them back over to you. We will never sell your clients property out from under you and we are willing to put that in a contract with you.
In addition, Arbors will give a $500 referral to any agents who refer a client that signs a property management agreement with us. The referral fee will be paid after the first month’s rent has been collected by Arbors.
Also, if you have built a portfolio of properties that you are managing and are looking to discontinue that service Arbors will buy those contract from you. We are experts at property management contract acquisitions and will pay a very competitive price.
